Scott thanks for the inspiration. 'Bout time Handbrake and I got off our duffs and started straightening up the shop/garage. Actually thanks to all of you. We've already been looking at shelving and cabinet units. Not sure about the floor but the organization bug really needs to visit us.

Interesting concept. Two issues... One if the kitchen is outside and it's raining or cold...cook is cold. Two, why not put the shower outside and include some sort of platform or standing pad to shower on? Or...what about a platform that has a sink mounted to it. A handheld...

I had a set of these that I bought from Sears. Yep they worked great until I forgot about them one time and drove over them. Flattened and unusable after that.

I, too, would probably go for two gates. That'd help some. But the weight of the 33 is what concerned me.

Actually...carpet would be great. We do have some spare strips from when we had the carpet replaced a couple years ago.
