I have an ARB on my 2000 with a 2" BL. I simply drilled new holes in the frame to accomodate the BL. No problems and I've used the winch several times - both for self recovery and others as well.

Sounds like a sharp looking rig! I've seen similar rigs in San Antonio and they belong to the South Texas Rovers group. Would love to wheel with them sometime. Maybe we can get more here and plan an expedition.
