I am toying with the idea of removing the upper part of the OEM roof rack. It can be done as I have seen it. Leaves a roof rack that resembles the front runner, only a better tight fitting look. Anyone ever done it and if so, what are the pit falls I may run into?
Thanks

When I first took delivery of this truck a little over a year ago, the BFG's were pretty chewed up. The truck had been owned by a High End Fly Fishing Lodge in Colorado, and the tires had been through some of that rough rock that Colorado's known for.
Also, While I like the wheels that came on...
Forget a sub woofer. Install a sub shaker under the front seat. (the audio version of: http://www.thebuttkicker.com/the-technology)
Uses magnet technology to transmit lows that a woofer can't touch.
She'll really love you back.

Some cargo liners will not work with the dog guards. I'd stick with stock. You can find the OEM dog guards come up cheap at times. I usually get mine at the land rover dealer. Most have a pile of stuff they take off trade ins and they will usually let the stuff go relatively cheap.

Buy this one. Known seller with stellar reputation.
All it needs is a set of 18" rims and new tires, and you'd be on the trails!

I will when it clears up here. But, if your spare is under your truck, it is a coil of aircraft cable with an electric motor beside it. The coil is recessed up above your spare. Since my spare is mounted on the rear Kaymar, it is easy access for me. I keep the coil of cable sprayed with WD-40.

The LR3/LR4 is the best Land Rover I've ever owned. The big body MIII Range Rover second. Have I loved every other land rover that I've owned? Yes (in a love/hate kind of way).
The 110 survived a stupid human error event that most trucks would have not survived. It was hot in the...
Man, I remember when you sold yours.
Jay: I can't believe you sold it. Wasn't it you that lived in that Compact for a short while when you moved to NC?
