it sounds good so far
I would prefer all manual controls of transmission, T-case, lockers hubs etc.
You know that when electrical things fail it wont be in your driveway on a nice warm and sunny day.
Hubs what Hubs...LOL
No really... lock them when you hit the dirt road . When you are heading home and going to be on the pavemnet for a long time that is the time to lock them. Maybe do it while your airing up.
The main thin is to be in 2x4 when driving on pavement when the hubs are locked...
This sounds complicated.
"But the really ambitious bit is an entirely new electrical architecture that strings together 62 different ECUs along a couple medium and high-speed CAN data busses, running new software code developed within Land Rover and Jaguar (the architecture will be shared). "
Nice
Do you have a center brace on the osb?
I like the air bags on the TJ!
The YJ Jeeps had square rear fender wells that made a shelf much easier to install.
You can get powdered eggs ( mix with water and cook) and or freeze-dried (just add boiling water) eggs at most camping/outdoors store.
There are all kinds of foods and meals for backpacking.
Survival stores sell dried foods in larger quantities.
I eat the fresh stuff the first day or two and then rely on non-perishables like canned goods powdered eggs, chile, freezdried foods.
What about dinners?
I often freeze my steaks, bacon, butter etc to act as ice in the cooler so they last longer.
The Tummy Tucker looks good.
Rubicon models w/o a body lift may need some dimpling of the tub.

Great job.
The small Action Packers work great in a TJ
