Go Power doesn't make an inverter/charger. They even list Magnum when they need all in one. We have a ton of Magnums functioning in some rough environments, with everybody and their dog using (and abusing) them, and have no issues. I prefer everything built into one unit, takes less space, less...

There are 3 large horizontal, and 6 medium to large vents are in, and there are 2 heaters. Airflow and replacement heat are the only real and logical solutions, very simple too :)

5-10 minutes paid time at the end of each day. Makes for a clean, safe, efficient work space. We primarily work on new builds, and the environment needs to reflect professionalism within our company and to our very valuable client group.

The track and carrier have very little to no slop, they are adjustable to compensate for wear, I adjusted mine so there is a little drag. They are strong, with something beefy enough they could take some flex out of the walls and that could set the distance, a UHMW slide would probably give less...

Sometimes by the time I get into the shop everybody is gone home! That's the way every shop should look at the end of the day, it's easier to start the next day when it's organized.

The $2500 piano hinge I was hating the fact that a fold up bunk was going to block my window, and that the top of my head has enough scars from the top of your typical 6' tall RV door, so I really didn't want something else to add to that fun stuff. Linear guides mounted to an aluminum plate...

You are correct, we are seeing a difference in raw materials to a degree, even with Alcoa and Alcan and a few steel mills being in Canada with stat to finish operations, commodities still trade in the USD. With a finished product like Wards, the materials are far less than the labor costs which...

I built a custom trailer with a set of panels, honeycomb core, foam filled, glass skins. When we cut the door plug out we checked the panel construction out pretty closely, and we ripped the skins off by hand....needless to say we don't use that manufacturer. It's too bad because conceptually it...

That is all correct. All panels can have tubes inserted into them for structural support, my side walls have 2 verticals in them, but will only be using them for attaching the awning on the door side. Everything else is bonded in mine including all the cabinets, the cabinets also contribute to...
