Just started making a Lid for my M416, I found a truck fiberglass Tonneau cover, and cut it down to 51.25"x74" to fit the top of the M416. After I cut it to size it still weights 50lbs. IMO that's too heavy. I can walk on this fiberglass on top of the trailer, It would make a great RTT base...
Sorry I got you married off. Keep your daughter however plus keep the trailer you will regret it later if you sell it, you put so much work in to it, I think you should sell all the parts (piecemeal) you don't need, now you have a house on wheels. You will be able the carry the kayaks on the...

towing M416
Now you can tow your M416, save loading the inside of your new camper. Maybe switch the solar panel to the camper?? I think you & the wife will enjoy the camper more than setting up the trailer??=brian
After looking up your model, I like the extra bunk bed ( if the kids take a friend) I have a cargo/flood LED rear light and a matching back-up light. A 12V outlet is nice. A double sink NO, And opted out of the oven, stereo. plus dinette must be over 74" to take a nap. A storage place for a 2K...
great want/need list
I think you got the list about right, drop the roof box and add duel coach batteries. And if you retire too late you may miss out on the best years of your life, Getting old is the worst plus ageing is for the birds. enjoy that rig at least once a month. all the best=brian
