I can understand needing a hoist for helo-based rescue (jungle, mountain & ocean) but it's such a shame that America's liberties for many simply serve to facilitate gluttony.
I'd suggest Armorology in Colorado Springs for a functional product which also incorporates aesthetics in the design & finishing process.
That one you're looking at looks to me like it might be more appropriate for wheeling over a curb stop at the local Starbucks :D .
Also, the newer models have the shower enclosure support holes roto-moulded in the plastic case whereas earlier models required the buyer to drill them himself.
Yup.
I have mine oriented to open over the rear of my truck in order to create a somewhat protected workspace at the end of the truck bed. In front of my tent, I've planned for a cargo box and a solar panel.
I'm not sure what the issue is with the ladder coming to the ground. I'm not saying...
Yeah, you're not kidding....only problem is SWMBO and I are saving for a fat down-payment on a home here in the Colorado Springs area.
Yep, I've found some of those products like Moeller, etc. Good stuff.
I don't want to mess with a trailer driving down to Chile and prefer something that's on the vehicle. I looked into the AT and Campa vehicle conversions (remove the bed, attach a trailer box) but thought, 'If I'm going to spend that much money, I might as well get a slide in camper"....hence...

That's correct...the cabinets slide straight out and then the cabinet doors would open with a side hinge.
Yes, that's the plan. I set up my RTT so that it opens aft and creates somewhat of an awning. With the RTT's 'OEM' shower enclosure attached, the tailgate space is protected on all 4...
Actually, I think there's a future in this type of water crossing....Powertank just has to tap into it by teaming up with Aqua Lung to offer a compatible scuba regulator. You guys just wait...it'll be the rage next season :D .
