Funny, I went the opposite way. I moved from an XJ to our '97 Dodge Ram. For us, there has only be a couple times I wish I was a little smaller but since I don't mind a little pinstriping, it hasn't been an issue. :)

And on top of the fee, no fires! ****** is the country coming to? I don't mind when the fires need to be in a fire pan or a propane fire but no fires outside of a gas stove. Come on man... what are you supposed to do when it gets dark until time for bed? Sit around an empty fire pit...

My guess is the flatbed wasn't from FWC (or their specific spec'ed one) but was bought by the truck owner. I do agree that there are better choices for flatbeds out there and I would have one that offered storage below the bed line.

Looks great but I SERIOUSLY wish you guys would post up a flat bed version of the Grandby! I want to see how the floor plan lays out and what the overall interior size "feels" like.

When we had our Cherokee, we used to tow our Kamparoo trailer (ours was imported from AU via Canada dealer). We used this for almost 3 years and it worked flawlessly. Though I love our new setup (FWC on the Dodge), I would not hesitate to do a Kamparoo type setup again.
