You're likely going to have to build it. Keep in mind, 1 1/4" receivers are light duty so I don't think I would want to having a spare on it and tongue weight from a trailer. One or the other is likely the safest thing. Good luck.

I think that's a home built version based off the idea of the HitchGate TireGate. That's what I have and have been very happy with it.
