I keep one small green tank in the Cub box inside my Front Runner pull out drawer that is used for my single stove for coffee. Have started using a Coleman small stove (kerosene) for coffee in the am so beginning to not carry them, also where to dispose of them? For the propane camp fire I...
My LR gets anywhere from 12 to 20 depending on road speed (dirt vs asphalt) but I carry two Nato cans at all times. The cans fit under the LR where the spare used to go as it now rides on the swing away at the bumper. The LR takes 91 Premium and not all stations carry that I have found.
Is it metal, wood, plastic? There are so many variables that your description of the 'box' is very vague. Pictures are a must with this type of question.
Wow, 80 PSI, that must ride like a rock. How heavy is your rig?? In my 7800 pound LR3 I only go to 45 PSI in front and 50 in back. Yes I have an
ARB deflator but have not used it yet, previously I used Staun deflators but they no longer work well.
Yes I have used jack stands but I back them up with huge 6x6 and 8x8 blocks of wood that I keep around for just that purpose. Years ago a good friend (my doctor) was crushed by a vehicle that he was working under with no back up and the stands failed. Every time I get under a vehicle I think of him.
No, I have cub boxes in my FR drawers and on the FR rr I use (only for trips) an aluminum medical chest, it is water/dust proof.
I tried a roof top bag once but found it too flimsy for my needs. Now I only want things up there that are solid, not fabric or soft sided. Trees and bushes are very...

I carry two Nato cans under my LR in the space that held the spare tire. I fabbed a holder (3/16 plate) and with the help of gas can mock ups from cardboard was able to fit the two cans smoothly into the space. Land Rovers are sometimes more thirsty than others and the two 20 liter cans are...
I have a 2007 LR3 and with all the hype over this new vehicle I must I was a bit put off. After seeing this video and watching that man play with it in a far away place, if I could afford it I would want/get one. I even have to say that I have to rethink my view of the storage and ladder to the...
I ordered mine on line from Costco (last year, in winter) and it arrived within a week and was very well packed and worked well. Not sure of price now but when I bought mine it was $149 but a week later it went on sale and they credited me the $10 difference on my card. Unfortunately I have not...
Victory_Overland,
I got some containers at Costco, 6 for $19+ and three of them fit in the left side of the FR shelf system quite well and they are transparent so I see what is in them so my failing memory is not taxed. There are also containers available from the container store that are...
