The top is removable, paint it white with paint that adheres to plastic. Cover it with a silver insulated blanket. I rarely take mine out of the vehicle and even if I did I certainly wouldn't set it out in the sun. I would not do that with any cooler. Why would anyone do that?
Originally I had a Brother with table that I inherited from my Dad's leather working but it kept requiring service and I sold it. Now I am looking at a JUKI with table and still have to get it. I would purchase it from a dealer or repair service instead of having it sent to me. I have been...
I use these. Already a hole in my ARB bumper for it. Just a little enlargement to fit.

When I got my 07 LR3 it had stock mag 19s and I got steel 18s from Lucky 8. So I run those rather than the 19. I am not sure that the 4 and the 3 are that much different. These have Duratrac 265 65 18R on them. My issue is that they are a little thin on the sidewall and not good for airing down...

I have given up trying to wash the roof under my roof rack. The clever designers at LR made a glass roof to allow the light to shine through the slide open inside sky view areas. Since I don't use the views the glass roof is a real pain for me to clean.

The squeak came from the place where the drawer face contacts the housing at the top. I could tell as the paint wore off a bit at the contact point. I put a piece of stick-on rubber door sealer across the top and squeak is totally gone. Been almost two years now and no squeak on any...
Wood pieces will have to be long enough for your body and might be an issue for storage.
Take the fabric off a cot and make an aluminum pipe frame for it. Lighter and easier to sleep on than wood. The frame can be sort of a take-apart type for ease of storage. Could even be electrical conduit.
