I’ve cut a LOT of 80/20 and all kinds of other other aluminum stock with my dewalt using the same blade as Hodakaguy - no issues, just don’t feed the blade too fast I remember all your powder coating in the syncro build - awesome!

Clean work as always! Big improvement with those sides filled in. I'd like to have a powder coating setup -that would be handy.

Our insulation looks very similar, except in a low top. Thinsulate is great to work with. We 'sign our work' in hidden places behind panels in our van (our names and year the work was done), which looks a lot like your donated Thinsulate piece - This is all around our house as well.

It's pretty close... Sprinter with 'low' range has an overall gearing of 20:1 in 1st (first gear w/o low is 14:1), the 10spd awd ecoboost transit has an overall gearing of 17.5:1 ^^ both with stock tires I think a typical E350 setup would be ~22:1 in low (but I'm no E350 expert and know there...

^^I guess it's an interior space thing (Sprinter/Transit vs. E350 converts/awd GMC's). I know that is why I have the van I do. Among a few other reasons. The AWD transit will fit the needs of many, and I'm happy they are putting out an offering.

Awesome shots dude! Any hints, tricks, or high-level advice for astro photos? I'm just getting back into photography after 20+ years of hiatus (and I was an amateur then anyway). Settings on some of these shots? My big draw back was night photography. I just got a Nikon D7500 for my b-day...

Made it to work during the last snow fall (11/26/19), only to discover they closed the campus.... they didn't even plow the lot. This was in mid-morning with about 17" on the ground. Boulder hit 20+" by that evening. No issues getting around in Hedy!

There are some smaller lakes around as well, above the main lake/camp area is really cool. Rock fields and bear scat! We've camped there a few times. Hilarious Marmots at the old mine site that you drive through.
