i never really payed attention to how long tires last before. however, i got a new set yesterday and the tire shop told me what i'd gotten out of the old ones. i thought it would be interesting to see how our different vehicles and tire types compare.
so if you know how many miles you got from...
new tires today, stuck with KM2's in 35".
i got 53k miles out of this set doing a full 5 tire rotation.
the new deep tread helps the looks of the old girl!
thanks!
you can absolutely keep it simple and still have 95% of what i've done. there's a lot of complexity in my approach simply because i was particular about certain things, and sometimes there were things i thought would be simpler a certain way but would be more complex for the average...
thanks everyone!

when i have some spare money i'm going to attempt to integrate multiple cameras. i know it can be done, but...
hardware issue was "in the middle" ;) i don't actually know for sure exactly why it was happening, but i have a fuzzy picture of the problem...
quick background - when i setup everything, i used a powered USB hub and configured things so it was only powered when the Jeep was on. my only USB...
every since i got this project up and running, i've had a random bug where the steering wheel control app stopped working. i spent a bunch of time this weekend flashing different roms, swapping kernels, and even refactored my app to use the newest usb-to-serial driver... in the end it turned out...
