This looks very interesting....I like the flexibility you seem are envisioning. I don't have the $ for a purely dedicated off road trailer/vehicle...they always have to pull double duty so to speak so very interested in how you do this.
Curious if you thought about a rotisserie for it? Would...
More? Ya mean I missed some? Dam....now I havta go back and read the thread again to see what I missed! Ha!
Great read and writeup! Thanks for sharing! :)
This has been a great read! Thanks for posting all your experiences and work. Truly inspiring.
When I was reading about the "death wobble" you were experiencing on the H1 wheels I thought of papawheely's Centramatic dynamic wheel balancers...
The Charred Chili Recipe brought to mind this grilled corn salad recipe that I make. It never fails to get eaten completely!
I usually double or triple (or more!) the recipe depending on how many folks are coming over but this is the "base" recipe. It can be served chilled but I prefer it best...
vati- I like the simplicity of that....what thickness of metal did you use? Weight? Dimensions (ballpark is fine) etc? Thanks! I would thin you could put tabs on it to hold a grill in place as well (or just make it slightly smaller than the grille so it holds it okay but still lays perfectly...

thanks kojack....I was actually asking about DeLorme's software product(s) - StreetAtlas, Topo North America etc. I want one that has (at least) the same features of their Gazeteers. Sorry I didn't make that clearer...
I am an avid DeLorme map book user. I have my full collection of map books for Maine going back to 1980 or so (Don't ask....just a quirk...my wife hates it about me! :smiley_drive:) as well as a ton of other states I have purchased over the years. I am looking at upgrading at some point to a...
And bring an old steak to throw in the campsite three down from you. When you hear the commotion you can take your time to pack up and leave.
I didn't know that about covering them in a car either....I thought the smell would be the attractant.
Great write-up and report! Thanks! LOVE the dirt roads of Maine. It is interesting how many times you find a gate where none was marked or other similar road closings etc. I find DeLorme to be the best but still not perfect. And certainly culvert washouts etc aren't updated as often as we might...
Wow....beautiful pics! I would love to see your camera trained on some of the fall colors in VT/NH/ME some time. Sadly when I do it they look like my kids fingerpaintings.
