I'll 3rd that I have also had a great experience with ovrlnd's communication. If anything, I've been the slow responder. Way better than any other company I've worked with. I really appreciate that they took the leap to produce these campers and I'm super stoked about acquiring mine in the near...
It's not bad. They are double coated so the outside might be wet but a good shake and it will be relatively clean while the undercoat stays dry. The pet/show ones tend to have less oils and more stuff sticks.
This can be a six in one half a dozen in another type of conversation but in my experience there are some typical differences. More important is the training and personality of the dog but that's not as much fun to talk about haha.
Firstly field Goldens are wildly different than show/pet...
I hunt and often so that wasn't the issue although very few folks asked me detailed questions. All the breeders were not straightforward about putting down a deposit and providing a general time line. No need to get into the details but honestly it was all a bit eccentric for my tastes.
Oh...
Well after chatting with a lot of pudelpointer breeders and a few langharr folks I ended up putting a deposit down on a field bred golden retriever haha. The german dog folks were all relatively pleasant but securing a dog was honestly off putting.
I've had great luck with the personality...
I ran 6112s/5160s on my gx470 with a hidden winch mount and winch. Subsequently I have run ironman foam cell pro on my gx460 and now icon on my Titan. The 6112 will be better than stock but I really liked the ironman for the cost/comfort. The icon has been best but it was co developed with...
The temp swing is small before it kicks back on. I haven't measured it but I know it's not what I'm after as I would prefer a pretty large swing at night.
The irritating thing for me is when the heater will kick on, heat to the temp, heat turns off but fan cycle/cooldown runs, a few minutes...
Anyone have experience with Pudelpointers? I've had Golden Retrievers my entire life. My current is over 15 years old and I'm starting to look at puppies. I'm really torn between another Golden and the Pudelpointer.
The important things are out there. I've owned quite a few Toyotas and am also surprised there aren't more Titans. Toyota's have plenty of their own problems and typically will have way more miles than a comparable alternative.
Cool truck!
Looking for ideas on a 12v thermostat for a propex HS2000 that would allow for setting cut in and cut out temps. Since my camper isn't a vault it would be nice to have the heater kick on, add 10 degrees, kick off, allow to cool 10 degrees, and kick back on rather than kicking on and off with...

It puts out quite a bit more CFM than the ARB but isn't 100% duty cycle.
It's compact and lots of aftermarket companies make custom fit mount brackets. It's also robust.
On my gx those factors led me to the arb. On my new truck I have plenty of room in the bed for the maxi trac that's much faster and $100.
