I like it a lot. In my minimalist world a tailgate is coleman stove shelf, a table, chair, bar, sink and on and on and bigger is better.

To carry and support a two week off grid wilderness excursion. A full size domestic truck seems the way to go. It'll carry plenty of supplies and fluids along with comfort items. Why carry a stool when you can carry a chair? A Dodge diesel with a few upgrades seem a hard choice to beat.

We live within 1/4 of the San Andreas Fault so we keep our trailer loaded with everything but perishables and underwear. Makes it handy for a weekend runaway too.
