    Go big or go home:

Laid down our 6th and final coat of epoxy on the roof. Worked on the drawbridge a little more- routered the top and sides, as well as routering the slots for the drawbridge winch cables to go through to their anchors inside the drawbridge. Starting to fill and sand it.

Air Compressor that can set a tubeless bike tire?

Yeah, seating tubeless bicycle tires does not have as much in common with seating tubeless motor vehicle tires, as the average lay person would assume. At one end, I've got one tire/wheel combination that happily jumps right onto the bead with a few casual pumps of a floor pump. At the other...

    Go big or go home:

Spent a HOT day working on the drawbridge. We mocked up the two 3,500 pound winches and their 1/4" thick steel plate mounting brackets on the upper rear corners of both side walls to take measurements, and then designed and built the attachment points for the winch cables at the drawbridge...

    Yetti's 2009 V strom 650

How much do you weigh? Do you usually ride solo, or two-up? If you ride 2-up, how much does your passenger weigh? If you carry cargo, how much does it weigh? Even riding solo, with no cargo, the stock Wee-Strom shock spring is WAY too soft for any normal-sized human being. The front is way...

Lets see some full size pictures...

The pic I put up two pages ago depicting just the nose of our MTVR, has now received 10 "likes", so I'll put up a pic of the rest of it: In this pic, we're getting ready to lay down the epoxy on the roof. To recap, the truck is just under 13'6" tall (we look DOWN into 18-wheel...

    New Raptor..Ram killer

Lol, why would you say that? You realize that car won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which is an endurance race? I managed a Mazda shop, and had a number of customers with nearly 400,000 miles on their rotary engines, and they still ran like new. The rotary engine in my race car was used when I got...
