If you can spend the bucks, go for the Engel or ARB. They draw less power and will run for years. I use my Engel 45 as a freezer and the only thing I did was put on the hinge kit and a thermometer.

Skysix, The solar vents have a very minimal profile on the roof of the camper, perhaps two inches max. Inside the the camper, the deck head, they sit down about three inches, put most of that is the light and switch that can be push about about another inch if you close the vent. Just be sure...

I currently use a Behmor coffee roaster, though I have used others in the past. My favorite website for roasting is sweetmarias.com. Truly, nothing effects your coffee more than fresh and properly roasted beans. Very few commercial beans fall in this category, including the dreaded star chucks.

I guess it's a personal thing, space versus convenience. Personally home roasted coffee, a burr grinder and a drip coffee maker rule for me. I could never get used to the gritty taste of french press.
