Weeelllll for the most part this is true and valid advice....Up till you are trying to go really really fast like my son and I do in competition. If you try for the "reset" trigger feel action when you are at 0.2 splits you might get trigger freeze or a failure to reset. There is only so fast...

My son and I use the iTarget Pro which has a laser insert and a small target and uses your smartphone camera to record the hits. Great for timing and such. there are tons of dry fire videos on youtube

look at the jumping jack tent trailer, it folds up with the ability to put the dirt bikes on top while you travel. You don't mention what your primary 4wd is and that info would help us give thoughts
