The plastic trim piece on the hatch of the topper shattered during my -37 adventure, so that's on the replacement list yet again.
Going out this weekend for some Whiskey in the Woods. Overnight lows are around the freezing mark so no canvas tent or wood stove this time.
I'm looking at an Esker...
The link takes me to a bunch of adds.
2000 BTU isn't tons of cooling. Especially in an essentially uninsulated enclosure.
At best you can use it to blow cold air on you for temporary reprieve.
Your average ductless split indoor units typically have a range of 6000-12000 BTU per hour, and those...
Sorry I should have said "trailers of that middle size not built like a pile of garbage" to be a bit more clear.
I'd take a variety of terminal illnesses over paying money for a Forest River or Thor product ever again.
Right? There is tear and square drops, basically beds on wheels with a kitchenette at the back, and then huge trailers. The market isn't saturated with units you can stand up in, have some living space in, that are a more manageable size.
I think the first gen Raptors look the nicest.
I really wanted an FX4 with the package the dark trim headlights and taillights etc when I bought my 2014.
The Raptor is that amped up to 11.
MSRP on 2021 302a are 50k CAD or higher here. Raptors all were 88K+ locally last I looked.
My mortgage is 119k currently, hard to justify truck payments larger than $1000 per month.
I just sit on the build and price page and build trucks I want and can never afford instead.
Remember too that certain tread sizes could be entirely different sound. Take an St Maxx in 255/80R17 and 35x12.5,R17 and yeah it's the same tread pattern but the voids and blocks aren't the same physical size, and that can affect sound.
Look at the Toyo at2 even and compare different sizes and...
Good to know about the inverter. We don't think we will use it, it was a might as well check the box at this point kind of a selection. We can unwired it for now.
The dual 6 volt batteries offer twice the amp hours we have in our pop up trailer, AND they offer us several years of use in the...
GM sold Vauxhall/Opel as well? Where have I been living that I've not heard this!
The Opal insignia was super nice, that's how we got the Turbo Regal GS in North America.
If it wasn't for the lack of guns for the law abiding, and all the venomous animals, Australia sure seems like the place to be. They get all sorts of neat Utes and 4x4s.
I wish the Jimny was sold here a cheap little gokart like 4x4 with no features would be nice.
That's what I mean the OD is close enough as in there is probably just as much diameter variance in brands in one size as between the ones u have and the 270.
I don't know how sensitive the electronics that operate the clutches in the transfer case are. I skimmed the transfer case link and it...
The base tires are like 29 or 30" IIRC, and then 32 and 33 are available with certain trims. The wranglers had some fairly small tires on lower trims too.
I'd like to see a more volume trim on a good quality 33" tire wheeled and compared to a sasquatch trim. That would be a useful comparison...
Also the price point may have something to do with it. Newer platform, high price tags.
Plenty of guys dumping big money modifying trucks that are 60, 80, 90+ thousand dollars on here, but I'm assuming that most people can't afford that.
An AT4 package strikes me as more or less what the...
