Hello Luke, Open the hood and check the steering linkage going thru the firewall. For some reason on my 07 Jeep the bushing in the firewall would slide down the square shaft. I simple tapped it back into place and put a small hose clamp on the metal to keep it from sliding in the future...

On my 2007 JKU(automatic) I use to have a problem were I would turn the key and only get a click sound. I soon figured out that if I drop the transmission down into neutral the Jeep would start right up. Might try this as a backup. Seems the computer was thinking that the Jeep was in gear...

Just an FYI, I believe the side windows are larger on the 2012-2013. I know the back window is wider.
