Funny cuz quigley told me they never put those in yet a guy claims his 98 has a split axle. Iv got the vin so maybe I will bug Joyce again.
he says.."hi mike the axle #7E24E653 98E2 conversion #44axle vin #1FTPE24L7WHB61374"
I just passed up a 07 quigley e350 6.0 because the dealer wouldn't let my mechanic inspect it. They said they lost the service records..
Iv been told it takes 5 to $7k to bullet proof a 6.0
Yes it sure would. I'm Now looking at a 07 like the OP's and wondering if it has the updated track bar. Guessing not..
This Quigley DW issue and the 6.0 turbo issues are making me reevaluate this van.
Good to hear.. Which engine in yours again?
Thanks Chris.. Other than the dana axle.. What other parts would I need to replace the split ford axle with a dana?
Man.. I thought I hit paydirt with this e250..
I was talking to a owner of a 1997 quigley e250 who said quigley used the ford split front axle from the f250 in their 4x4 conversions..
Can anyone tell me if the ford split axle is suitable for a diesel or big block swap? Or should I be looking for e350 with dana?
Sorry to hear about all the trouble. Id be all over the dealer for a replacement. Not a repair.
Then again, Id be down the street at another dealer because the only thing going for dodge at the moment is the cummins IMO
Thanks.. That 2000 is actually higher priced than kbb guidelines. I didn't plan on changing rear ends, but good point..
Found this but the seller wont answer any questions yet and zero feedback raises a red flag...
Iv got the first two.. But not much experience with diesel engines..
How about this?
