    Possibilities for my F-150

I have to look into Falcon for my 2014, but if I was building my truck again for a 2019 (Which i want to do) Id be going Falcons. You can easily fit a 275/70R18, I don't know tons of sizes in 18s that fit, since i have 17s, but I run BFG KO2 34x10.5R17 with a 1.75" Level in the front. Plenty of...

Coleman Gemini PowerPack - Alternative to large propane tanks

Yeah the 1lb tanks are really out of control price wise now. I've seen them 3 for $19.99 lately I think. I'll have to go find a 5 or 10# tank so I don't have to lug my 20 around or use 1# when going light.

Small Focus based unibody Ford truck coming?

Explorer is to be going back to RWD with a transfer case I heard. 3.3 GDI V6 and an EcoBoost for motors. I'd assume still unibody.

    Maxtrax Xtreme

Or there is a lot of the original design in stock and they want to run that down first before the new one rolls out.

    Z71 vs Z72 vs Bison

Is the used truck lifted, because it strikes me as lifted. Im not a GM guy though. The Canadian prices for Canyon/Colorado were so insulting high, especially since V8 full size were sitting next to them with more options for less money. I personally have 0 interest in a cut cross member lift set...

    Dreadlocks outfitting of InTech Discover

Yeah that's getting a bit much for tongue. But I hear you for your rig being OK with it, and in your comfort zone. Its the problem with Toy Hauler arrangements. If you have no intention, or even if you do intend to haul toys, its so easy to load up the tongue. With the one window, door window...

    Dreadlocks outfitting of InTech Discover

How tongue heavy are you right now, out of curiosity? (Without motorized cargo in the rear) And the reflectix in the tent ends is just between the screen and the zip up flaps on three ends?

Trail Marker trailer. Anyone seen this before or have one?

When I can sit down with my wife and go over the options and layouts, and come up with some agreement, I am going to ask about a rear tip out option , and failing that, if we can get a fixed back door on the XL and add some cabinets and storage elsewhere. My wife is dead set on a hybrid trailer...

Trail Marker trailer. Anyone seen this before or have one?

He did quickly reply to my initial email. Was a pleasant surprise. They have a "toy hauler" unit called the XL thats narrower than 7 feet wide, and only 14 feet long. This is what I consider the ideal size for a long term base camp trailer, especially considering Dear wifes criteria and my own...

    2018 F250 CCLB Wheel/Tire Recommendation

You could probably find stock FX4 wheels and tires cheap at a dealer as take offs. Tire is underwhelming in tread depth, but 275/70R18 Good 1.5" gain from your 245/75R17.

    Nobo 10.6 vs InTech explore

Just found a company called Trail Marker Outdoors that makes a trailer more along the lines of the discontinued tall trailer that Dreadlocks has, but so far no tip outs. Can have awning style lift rear door, or ramp door. Plus they have a smaller one for offroad that's more the Explore size.

Trail Marker trailer. Anyone seen this before or have one?

https://www.trailmarkeroutdoors.com/our-story They have some varieties. Honeycomb composite walls. I think the size might be a sweet spot for a few people on here, larger than tear drop, but not huge. Anyone have one of these, and could speak to quality?

    Nobo 10.6 vs InTech explore

x10 x12 for anything Thor owns, which is between Forest River and Thor is about 80% of the American mainstream market. To say the ******** they sell should have and MSRP about 70% of where it is is being polite. And if you live in Canada like me, the going rate is bordering on piracy. Plus, easy...

    2017 F150 SCREW 4x4 build Thread

Yeah $1300 is a bit much. I was thinking more along the lines of a local spring shop? Maybe $800 or so? But if your stock springs are much firmer than mine, maybe an add a leaf will be all you need.

    2017 F150 SCREW 4x4 build Thread

I ran add a leaf on my truck for years. Since my truck always had 1000+ lbs in it until recently. I also added 3" blocks, but now that I only usually have 400 lbs in it, it sits too high with the taller blocks. I've personally not really ever run a truck without stuff in and on it keeping the...

    2017 F150 SCREW 4x4 build Thread

What gears do you have now? 3.31 or 3.55? Those tires are about 34, and narrower than 12" right? What are your plans for rear suspension? 9.75 rear end trucks usually have a higher spring rate then the 8.8 trucks, are you waiting to see how they hold up with the added weight in the back?

Install & Review; Falcon Sport Tow/Haul Shocks on a Ford F150

Do the rear shocks work with an add a leaf or new leaf pack? These look like a good upgrade compared to 5100s. I have 5165 remote reservoir shocks for the rear and am on the fence with them. The adjustable feature seems like a good idea for the daily driver with little to no load in the bed but...

Has anyone seen the Opus Campers?

I haven't had a chance to see an Opus in person, but what I am reading its light years ahead of US produced pop ups. A arm suspension? Shocks? Not made of particle board? I haven't see a pop up made by any Thor or Forest River subsidiaries that had any of those features. And as far as 30'...
