I'd suggest looking at molded fiberglass egg trailers, Casita, Scamp, any of the Boler descendants. In the PNW you'll appreciate the leak resistant construction. You can find them as small as 13'. They are aero-ish so you won't take the same mileage hit as with a square box trailer. I generally...
I wonder if this engine is built anywhere besides the plant in AL? I Googled but could find nothing definitive. It may be a North American market exclusive.
You didn't mention mileage, don't know how much more reliable service you expect from the truck. That might guide how much $ you choose to put into it. My guess is low numbers is what limits the aftermarket, not some inherent fault.
IIRC, the Parliamentarian did say the initial proposal could not be included. Lee "revised" and re-submitted, then pulled it. Don't know if the Parliamentarian ever made a judgement on the second attempt. I wonder how much land would have to be sold to offset the $3 Trillion addition to the...
I want a new 1/2 ton. The Tundra engine fiasco was said to be resolved after the 2023 models. Now I've seen mention of a 12/24 demarcation. Obviously there is a generous power train warranty but a failed engine would be a PIA. Dealers here are offering an easy $6k off MSRP before negotiation...
I figure they didn't have much choice. Shut down or go bankrupt and leave others holding the bag. Seems they are trying to get some value from what's left. Maybe some "partners" will decide they have something useful to contribute, maybe not.
IIRC, I've read that none of the states agitating to take Federal land have the budget to administer them and most are constitutionally prevented from running a deficit. They would have to quickly and significantly increase the revenue from the land which means more mining, oil, logging or...
When I leave home I generally carry my lifetime TN Sport license, Federal Senior Pass, AAA, health ins and credit cards. All conveniently fits in hip wallet.
IIRC, there have been other threads about this recently with some facts presented. Short version is that the Feds do a better job managing our public land than states. Poster child is Utah, where they have sold or given away virtually all of the public land they were given at statehood. People...
"Many"? AFAIK no RV converter/charger sold in USA will damage a Li battery. If you have seen actual reports to the contrary I'm happy to learn of them.
Even if your converter does not have an Li setting, you can still charge to 90+% w/o hurting anything. You can buy an inexpensive stand alone Li charger to use at home before a trip if you want to squeeze in that last bit of charge. In other words, the conversion could be as simple as swapping...
