I get it...my body is wore out, sore all over, and we did not even come CLOSE to your level of work.
Keep up the good fight, but take a mental day or two for yourself. It paid GET DIVIDENDS when we stepped away for a little while. Came back full on!
The amount of work you are putting in...
The inside has come a LONG WAY in a week! We knew when we added the rear wardrobe it would put us at 24 feet bumper to bumper NOT including the spare tire carrier and possibly a small rear mounted box. We feel it was worth it. TONS of storage for our 2 and 3 month long trips!
TOTALLY worth...
This close to running away from home! We put in a hard week and it has paid off!!
36 hours to departure. Only 1 thing left, See Level gauge monitor mounting & integration to the Cerbo GX. Used the See Level gauges in our motorhome and LOVED them...
The table is 3/4 plywood with Stone Coat epoxy finish poured over it. Pretty easy process. Wife has it down to a science!
We did the kitchen counter the same way, except it has a 3/4 bamboo board. We used what was left of a 4X8 sheet the shipping company bought us😁.
CHEERS!!
The DDG Overland tire carrier...WORK OF ART, NOT sponsored, deserved its own post!
It is HERE....well now it is at powder coating. It will be the same black as the front and rear bumpers. Should be on the truck Friday....fingers crossed.
Can you tell Rueben has a baby....LOL! Unique hardware...

The wife poured a new table for the L couch. Will put a matte finish on it this week.
All the electrical is FINALLY done and buttoned up.
The final kitchen cabinet assembly! Fingers crossed on "final"...LOL.
The quick and...
At the time I was not into doing videos, yet more work on the project...LOL Hopefully we will not regret it. The plan is to do a final walk around video going into as much detail as possible linked to this thread and including a LOT of the photos we have taken along the way.

CHEERS!!
BUSY BUSY...3.5 weeks until we depart...WEST and more WEST.
A small increase in spring weight. 30% rate increase, but with more travel. This was always in the plan with the subframe design and build. The spring on the right is the get the empty box home spring.
Off road time ready...
Vance,
The amount of work you are doing is AMAZING! Makes me feel like I am getting off easy!
I can not wait to see this work of art in person someday. The devil is in the details!
I know the long days are getting "old". I TOTALLY understand, but you are crushing it!
CHEERS!!
The wife looked up the details.
She ordered this in the 2" version for the seat cushions and then added 1" on each side of the HD36 ( below).
For the couch backs... 3" version of the HD36 foam. It turned out to be a bit firm so we are changing it to a slightly softer version. The LUX HQ...
Back to wood working :)
5 cards as a gap. 1/16th ISH :)
Grain matched...a little bit of work. Some final adjustments and latches tomorrow :)
My wife has been hard at it making the couch cushions
CHEERS!!
Update from DDG. We spoke with Rueben, of DDG, at length yesterday and it looks like he will be able to ship the tire carrier to us in less than 2 weeks. GREAT NEWS! Rueben also sent an email with some CAD photos to ensure everything was correct before the final assembly begins.
The dark...
Tire carrier. We spent some $$ to save some time and simplify the back wall situation. NO rear wall rack or habit mounted tire lifting, lower, apparatus.
DDG is modifying their normal subframe mount, above, to match our two 2" receiver hitch mounts in our subframe. Stock photo. Our tire...
Long days = progress!
PRO TIP......run as much wiring as possible BEFORE the habitat goes on. :)
Welded in an angle wire run to tidy things up and make it easy to service later if needed.
Air line redo with Parker fittings and Parker DOT airline. Ready for a shock reservoir :)

Vance,
I agree with routing the Air Head vent out the wall, rear wall in my case. I did not like the idea of running it up to the ceiling. A version of what you did.
OH and by the way there is really no odor from the fan exit.
I used a marine vent cover and installed a fine stainless steel...
Vance,
Feel free to PM me. In the end I will be paying someone else to save us some time...go figure, plus DDG makes some really nice products. NOT CHEAP! but engineered and well made from everything I can gather. DDG will be custom adapting the tire carrier to fit our subframe with a few...
Yes it does. We are calling DDG today. They gave us a quote and want to get some details.
How it works, what is included to adapt to out hitch receivers, ETC.
Would be made from 1/4" aluminum. I originally thought it was made from 1/4" steel plate.
I looked closer at the DDG website and sure...
