Didn't have the camera wife with me so not a lot of pictures or videos. I got this one, not the nicest spot, but nice to see the possibilities of these vans. I did harder stuff and got to be winched out of the same spot than the Bronco above.

Fall Run with TX4WD. Barnwell Mountain Off Road Park. Since TX has very little public land and no real mountain roads, this is the best next thing. Very nice location and great gang. Of course I was not able to play in the complicated trails, but the van always surprises me how far I can push...
For the Diesel on an E350 you want to go with the CC880S the 880 may be too soft. I would say that the E450 weight the same at front than the E350 with the same engine so I'll expect the similar results.
Matagorda, Tx. Relaxing after the beach clean up.
First time using the awning on this van. Very windy and it held very well. With the bedlinner the suction cups that hold the poles do not work. I need to design a new way to hold them.
My main concern with swivel bases is the protection in case of crash. The one from Recpro seems to be held in place by just one bolt where it swivels. I have a swivel base on the passenger side (not powered). The design I bought has an "interlocking" feature between the swivel part and the...
Nice van. Little by little you'll be able to make it ours. The more memories you put in, the better. As far as things to put in:
Coils. if you have a gas engine, the 880S may be too stiff and lift too much to the point that you may not be able to correct camber. I had them on my 4x4 5.4 and...
I am back on the road. Finally everything is back to work. It was tough to work with the temperatures just shy of 100F. As I broke the driveshaft it seems that the transfer/transmission joint was stressed and was leaking. Since I had to remove the transfer I decided to tap and thread the...
Careful the OEM Dodge or old Jeep rims have a smaller center bore. Unless you machine them you will to be able to use them. Aftermarket usually have a larger bore and rely on acorn nuts for centering so they are not an issue. I learned the hard way.
Weekend trip to Texas Hill Country. Great company, Fun trip. All fun and games until someone breaks a Driveshaft (me). I was able to finish the trails on FWD and drove home with AWD. Now I have a leak on the Transfer case (Maybe the front seal was never intended to drive at 80 mph) and a CV to...
Long video. Lots of dash cam. Jump to minute 22 to see the van.

Good turn around and some nice rigs.
Finally I went to an Off-Road park. General Sam's in Huntsville, TX. Mostly forest trails and very muddy since we had a lot of rain. Great time with a lot of great people. The van and the tires did great. Very slippery so quite a work out counter-steering.
Summer trip concluded. East Coast 2019. Houston to New Orleans, Panama Beach, Virginia Beach, Washington, Smokey Mountains, Nashville... 3,650.6 Miles in 14 days. Maybe a tad too ambitious as we had a lot of road time, but beautiful country to visit.
First day as we cross from Texas to...
And we are back without AC. As we were getting close to the TX border, the AC went out. We just stopped at a truck stop and bought a gauge/can to refill the system if there was a leak. Turned out the low side is way above maximum pressure.
Eight hours without AC to finish our two weeks trip...
The problem was not the hose itself. I could get one in 24 hrs from Amazon. It’s the installation and specially the vacuum and refill of the system.
It happens on the highway. It may rub against something or just old (222k miles )
