I do know those dssv shocks are lifetime shocks. You probably will never have to replace them. An again front and rear lockers is a major upgrade but not everyone needs those. These are the major differences and it's up to you how you are going to use your truck as to whether you need these...
Well I'm kind of bummed they no longer have the manual trans option. I understand they don't sell a lot but I like rowing gears and obviously think it should be an option. This new truck on paper is built. Hope the new 8 speed is up to the task...

I think you are right about FCA's reputation or issues with the truck. I mean people still bring up the front end problems and that was solved years ago. I am definitely considering one but will not be seriously considering until about 2021-22. At this point on the Ram side I am considering...
It's an FCA. They are getting better. Maybe the next gen will fix the minor issues. I have never owned a Ram/Dodge/FCA vehicle but I am warming up to it. Out of the big 3 they may just be the best.
I hear ya. My dad retired from GM and I can get a pretty good deal. After the bailout crap and now the plant closing without paying us back, I have not bought a GM in years. I guess I'm dumb that way, but have not really liked any of their vehicles until the ZR2. Then look at the Tradesman...
