Headed back to the campground and went for a sunset walk through the ruins of Ft. Churchill, which was built in 1860, and abandoned soon thereafter. Few more pics of camp: and sadly, all trips must come to and end. Packed up and headed home!

If I've got it...I might as well use it! Wife and I hadn't been camping in a few weeks, and we realized this was our only free weekend in October, so, we loaded up the Campah. Since all our favorite spots up near gold lake, Davis lake, etc are closed for the winter, we tried a new spot and...

FYI your alt is internally regulated. I know on the other forum somebody mentioned something about replacing the regulator. as others said, check voltage at battery with a voltmeter, at idle and at a few thousand RPM. Mine puts out like 14.5 at the battery, my gauge inside reads about half a...

Again...rough life. I broke the tent zipper even more that night. Held together with safety pins and duct tape haha. It'll get sent back to LL Bean for a zipper replacement. They said they'd do it for free if I wasn't satisfied...but considering I've had the tent for about 18 years,m I'll...

Whats the point in owning it if I don't drive it right? So after a recent round of tweaking the EFI, it was running pretty well so decided it was a good weekend for a bit of a trip. I worked on Labor Day so I could take Friday off instead and avoid the crowds, which was probably a pretty good...

it definitely could be linkage, or any other point where something enters/exits the transmission. Also, your power steering fluid could be red but that would normally leak at the front. Keep in mind you don't want transmission and oil pant bolts to be "TIGHT" you need them snug but that's it...

Have another camping trip planned for this coming weekend, heading up towards Lassen National Park, not sure exactly where we will stay just yet, or if I'm going to bring the camper or if we'll tent it. Thinking about Crater Lake, CA (no, not THAT crater lake) which is 7 miles removed from...

I have been to antelope, but it was last fall. It was nice, one of the few lakes in the area thats actually full. Getting up the mountain is a bear though, even in my 5 speed dakota I was in 2nd gear doing like 25 up the mountain. I seriously question the wagoneer's ability to make that climb...
