It is actually an aftermarket set of plastics that I purchased, used, from @akella on 'mud. I don't believe they are available. I'm 5'11+" and it is great–my friend is 6'3", and finds that it obscures his sight lines.
There is a 1.5" gap between my awning and my RTT. But, the curve of the vehicle means that the water just hits the side of the truck and runs down harmlessly. I've never had a problem. I do generally try to place the truck windward, so it protects the awning side.

Depends on the climate, but I've found that I generally want my rig to be in the shade, while my panels are in the sun. So they must not be permanently attached.
I finally got a storage system built and mostly installed, plus some floodlights in the hatch:
The lights have turned out really well, despite being from Princess Auto.
Lots more organizational work to be done, though.

Lots. I've been "as far as you can go" on the West side of the province, which is the tip of Longue Point Road. I have not done the Trans-Taïga.
