I vote you try the IS300 seat swap. The pair that I found was in Calgary at a junk yard. Might be work a look, and bring your measuring tape. I'd love to see those seats in a 3rd gen. Keep it Toyota-ish.
I have officially obtained Cruiser Status. Very excited for the upcoming project as I make this build my own.

I'll start a build thread once I decide what I'm going to name the build!
True, but I've also read that the Scion TC seats sit dramatically lower the the xB ones. In the little bit of research I did on measurement comparisons, the seats were very similar (TC vs. 4Runner). I was also looking into the possibility of swapping in some IS300 seats... but the 4Runner sold...
Whoa! I had no idea your in a Cruiser now... Looks great, I need to hunt for your build thread. I'm about a month away from making the switch myself, going to miss the 3rd gen but looking forward to official "Cruiser Status". haha
I did notice a MPG hit when I went to 33's as well as some "seat of your pants" power loss. If you don't wheel that much I would honestly stick to the 265/75/16's. I ran those first and did 90% of the terrain I do now on 33's. If you ever get tired of the "smaller" tires just bump up to 33's on...

Lucky find, first truck I looked at and it's one of the nicest 1st gen Tundra examples I've ever seen! Very happy with it so far.

Looks like the link I had bookmarked is no longer functioning. Sorry, I should have clarified - Toyota Matrix lugs studs are 1/2" longer than stock with the same threads. I MIGHT be able to dig up the PN with some digging around my computer. I believe they are sourced from 02 Matrix's.
As for...
I don't think there is any need to notch the frame and I would avoid it if at all possible.
I run 285's and have trimmed my pinch welds quite a bit and done some fender liner trimming. I get ZERO rub at full flex and full lock. I run stock UCA's and the tires have plenty of space.
Here's the...
Your 100 is a boss Nick!
How does the heavy hundy handle (lol) the lack of sway bars? Have you removed front and rears?
I know my T4R was a whole different animal the day the sway bars came off.
