diesel engine.. no vacuum. :smiley_drive: but thought about similar. Too complicated and do not trust vacuum storage bags. Thinking more of squash tops on a box.
. put stuff in box..
. push down on squash top till it latches. Squash top being a Plexiglass or wood or??? cover with an air...
brainstorming myself on a way to do clothing storage with drawers and closets in a way where you can in some simple way compress the cloths (or vacuum out air) so they hold more in less space. Granted then got to deal with dewrinkling things. (like I care lol).
With labor and work done on the box.... 25 sounds about right IMHO and I am one to typically biatch that the prices are way too high. For example in TN there is a 1079 for sell at 16grand.... NON RUNNER....
Thought of that..... with a small garage to fly it into on the roof. But actually ..... really thought of that... but not for personal viewing..... but for occasional video cause you know what they say about those stories we tell on the net...... if their is no pics/video..... it didn't happen.
Thanks for input on ventilation. This won't be an issue. On this Ambo box there is a walk thru to the cab door. Unfortunately will not be able to do this walk thru too my cab but I can utilize it to create a huge vent of air flow from behind cab on to cracked open back doors. I could also...
Solar and LED's will be lighting. creating enough Ventilation much less expensive than windows. "Natural light" Good point. Should add a UV lamp for occasional use like in winter to help in natural Vitamin D production (if it works that way )
Did a search but if there is a thread on this it is lost in the frey. If one exist please point me in the right direction.
The camper module am using for my Overland truck build is a former Ambo box. No windows on sides but one side door and rear door. Instead of installing window which...
Lower over all height being lower than MRAP axles would be one advantage to going with Unimog Axles. Otherwise though.... with the average Ambo design... it will be hard to break 12.5'. am putting an Ambo Box on a US military truck and don't think I'll break much over 11'
Hmmm... a 5 boys camper scenario sounds familiar? Think Ive heard of this before... Do you have any more pictures you can point me toward please? A thread? If it is in the http://forum.expeditionportal.com/threads/55074-UJOR-Build-Thread/page220 somewhere can you hint at where... I still got...
Interesting info. Thank you. Granted at 5'8" and shrinking along with being only 150lb soaking wet that size loft bed..... may still work for me lol. Will have to look closer at ability to access that area across back to make a permanent bed. Any other insight in this would be appreciated.
Thank you. should have said.... have done that already. That is how found the one shot of the above rigs Lofted bed along with a few other pics of same rig. Via Google most all of what I found was on Pintrest. Most of them point back to here at Expo.Portal... Tis how found the thread here with...
