You have a short somewhere. Coax is most likely the main culprit. Did you build the coax yourself? Meaning, did you install the RF connector(s) [after passing through the truck]? Do not use your radio if the reading is over a 3, as you will harm the radio. edit...KA5IVR has good points...

I'd look at the Hankook Dynapro ATM in lieu of the BFG. Stick with the 265/70/17 size. I have the Hankook's (265's) on my FJC and absolutely love them...over 24K thus far, still have 10/32's of tread. 3" lift makes them look a little small, but I don't sacrifice the DD ability. With 265's...

I've owned ~20 different models (Sig/XD/Ruger/KelTec/Taurus). What I haven't owned, I've shot (friends/rentals/etc...) I've sold them all but my Glock 17 & 19. My advise... Glock 19, then shoot, shoot, shoot. Repeat weekly. :victory:
