Does AO have a US vendor these days? I thought that slee was the only place to get their gear, but he stopped selling their stuff awhile back.

The 80 series doesn't have rear air and the 2nd row passengers stay comfortable....Can you shut off the rear AC and see how it feels in the 2nd row? If enough air is getting through, then chuck the rear AC unit....

Aftermarket support for the Sequoia is ok. Armor is hard to come by, but lifts are pretty easy. All sequoias have the VSC, but you have to get a 2000 or newer on an LC....
