Getting busy... Well, trying to at least. Been working between the rain this week.
Paint...paint...paint.. It's so glossy. I did the grille, bumper and panels below the headlights. Spraymax 2k is amazing..
Screw you windows... Haha. These were pretty simple to remove. Painting them dropped...
I hope it holds up this time. I used a lot of two part epoxy with hours of wet sanding. I guess if it doesn't work I'll be learning to work with fiberglass next.
******** .. You made it, I just modded it.
I think I’m going to keep the grille all white this time. Really makes the emblem stand out. Lol

The grille was in need of some repair. It was my first attempt at such a mod and started developing stress cracks.
I pretty much scraped out all my old work and attempted to actually blend the mesh into the shell.
Currently in white primer.
I finally caved and made an Instagram account. What the hell, I love eye candy.
I see where you all hang out now.. I'll post something eventually.

That's good to know. I think I had looked up the part numbers before and there were different numbers, but that didn't tell me if it was actually incompatible or if the DC was just heavier.
I'm thinking of ordering a set through General Spring and there's nothing noted about body style.
It still needs some refinement, but it's functional. This turned out to be more work than it was really worth, but it's nearly done.

Next, I want to fit a light sensor to keep the interior lights off during the day. I...
I couldn't find a mobile charger I liked so I bought a cheap wireless charger from amazon and gutted it. Anything simple and compact should work.
I have this mount and really like it, so I used adhesive and stuck it on the front. Applied a little felt over it and it's been working great...
Thanks, but I'm struggling with garage space myself right now. Would've jumped on those springs sooner, but travel on a holiday weekend is something I like to avoid.
Are those the "spacer mesh" version? I had those on my 02 with the split bench and they were pretty nice. I'm using some "Durafit" covers now that are kind of plain looking but were cheap and fit well. The only real downsides I can see to these covers is that I don't believe they are...
Ha! Nice score there. I picked up a few of those wire grid panels but they aren’t quite rugged enough.
I really want something I can mount to the headliner over the rear seats.

Ever tested those with a meter? They've been holding up for you? I've had really bad luck with ebay lights in the past. There's a pile in the garage somewhere. lol
Here's what I'm running,
