    I actually emailed the guy that owns or operates or whatever the business about that exact point. He assured me that the hinge and everything were quite up to the task, and theyve never encountered a problem. I understand what you are saying, but I guess they have thought this through.

    Rough Country XJ lift

    ^and a quick note on every XJ being different...I hear all the time that 97+ XJs can need a SYE sooner than a previous year, but I have a 98 with arnd 3.5" of lift and no vibration on the stock slip yoke.
