    Vent fan, for dogs!?

Perhaps you could find a friendly K9 officer and ask his opinion as to viability of his fan and get a closer look at it. Key would be the fan unit it's self. There is a plethora of fans out there from radiator to computer size and CFM. You'll get it worked out I'm sure.

    Vent fan, for dogs!?

If you were to fab up a U shaped bracket out of C channel aluminum you could then slide the fan u out of said bracket and turn fan 180 thereby changing the direction of air flow. Several plastic places make smoked visor pieces that would help keep rain from entering the top of your setup.

    Watches.......the other type!

Casio G Shock for the win in my world. It's funny I have developed a sense of the time usually within 20 minutes of actual time. It helps being retired so 20 either way isn't a deal breaker. I buy a watch for my limited use as opposed to impressing others, why in holy hell would I buy someone...

    Napa awning

Oh boy this thread could spark interest from Rube Goldbergs and Thomas Edisons, heated shade coverings. How long before someone copies the proposed enhancements? Bet waking up to the snow was a shocker. Think I'll wander back to the 12v heated blanket thread. Cheers

    Napa awning

It's an awning, not a safety rated item so for many it is a viable option. Realistically most awnings get carried around and deployed 1% of the time so a cost effectiveness can be factored in. There are many that prefer to carry a tarp and guy lines or just find a shade tree. Everyone can pick...

Yep I picked up a spare for that price. A killer add-on is the room and shade that can attach to it from Ironman 4x4 for $249 with a 20% off sale.

    Arb 2500 annex. Another brand???

Ok, it should work, I just realized that I did check the extrusion on a Maxi Trac I happen to have.

    Arb 2500 annex. Another brand???

It could depend on the extrusion on your existing awning. Price is killer if you can get 25% off the $249.

What are the best sources of air lines, manifolds and fitting for on-board air?

Hose material is called Synflex and if you get fittings make sure they are DOT legal. ARB uses metric sized tubing FYI. It's not rocket science and the inclusion of an air tank is seldom worth the issues involved IMHO.

    Portable propane fire pit

Another vote for the Quikfire, light weight, massive flames if desired and easy to pack and deploy. Only downside they don't offer a smoke follows regardless of where you sit option.
