    Your gearing is 4.10, and yes, there was a significant loss of power. If you haven't done the deck plate mod yet you'll want to do it.

    If you get a larger spare consider installing a piece of heat shielding on the inside of the exhaust pipe, as it gets real close to the tire.

    I have an '01 Limited. The push button stuff is an option, as is the moonroof. It is mostly an interior upgrade pkg, seats, leather, lighted mirror. And of course the matching fender flares and fancy mirrors. The seats are the best feature, they hold you in place and can be used for days...

    If you aren't technical and run into a problem that you can't resolve yourself, or if you are hard on the equipment, it's a life saver. Otherwise it's a waste of $$$.

    You need to find out what the source of the error is. Mine came on once due to a dirty MAF sensor, which got fouled by the oil on a K&N air filter.

    Tacoma TRD worth the extra money?

    The tires aren't LT, so you'll want to replace them right away. The suspension, especially on the older DC models, is awful. I opted for some Donahoe's. Really the only useful thing is the locker. But if you can swing an ARB, it might just be better to do it all yourself and avoid a big pile...
