I got an album loaded today.

It will pass emissions. It basically only tricks the computer from engaging the AIR pump, and thus preventing any related trouble codes. No check engine lights, ecu codes, or faulty exhaust gas readings result. When I bought the truck, the codes came on within a couple of weeks, undoubtedly why...

168k, sorry for the omission, it's in the CL ad. I'll take more pics. The fender liners are gone. They were jettisoned when I did the AIR block offs in the exhaust manifolds and the piggyback bypass to avoid potential fan failures. More info about this mod HERE

Definitely a cool build! Very nice execution on the bumper, your results prove that (lots of) hard work and a few tools can get it done. I think Dan is on to something here. With your CAD skills you could produce a "template cut sheet" that individuals could get from you to build their own...

Great write up on a great build! The Adrian liner is such a nice piece, a clean, safe solution for sure. :drool: The difference in him squeezing the 4" DP in there is that it is a 7.3, a little different than trying that with a 6.0, with store bought goodies anyway.
