My .02 about Sierra Expeditions...

Sierra Expeditions has the absolute BEST customer service of ANY online retailer, vendor, store, or purveyor of goods that I have EVER dealt with.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I've been around the block a few times and I'm here to tell you that Wil and Wen are the nicest, most down to earth people to deal with and I recommend them to everyone who asks about where to get good deals on great gear.

Sierra Expeditions Rocks!

Request: Very grateful to know about Engel issues (it increases the value of my own hinge lock :p ) However, please take questions or concerns about specific transactions off the forum. I think we all agree that it's not the right place.

Thanks,

Pete

X2 :iagree: I have had multiple transactions with SE and couldn't be happier! A quick story; I order a small lev-o-gauge along with a few other pieces of gear during the last sale. Well I get everything in a box and I open it up to find this HUGE lev-o-gauge??? Man, I feel like an idiot because I figure it was me fat fingering the order form. Well, I'm too embarrased to say anything because the shipping and time are worth more than this gauge and I figure I can mount it on the trailer. Well a few weeks later I get the correct small lev-o-gauge in the mail with a hand written letter from Wen talking about Wil thought it would be hilarious to send me the large one since the small one was on back order:) I had a good laugh about that and now have a huge lev-o-gauge mounted on my trailer that you can read from the next campsite over:)

Yes! Yes! Yes! Oh yes! (in ecstasy...)

On the Death Valley trip it was always a fight to keep the Two-Zone aligned if the truck had any tilt to the right. Drove me absolutely freakin' NUTS when it would slide off the hinge!
