1965 Baja Bug

This is my 1965 Baja Bug, runs, drives, but looks a little plain. I need ideas for mods, I've already talked to the guys at CVT and am working out the details for putting a tent on top, working on brainstorming a rack for the back to hold gas, water, and the spair tire. I need ideas for mods, for exterior, interior, and functionality etc... thanks.

Should probably mention that this is my expedition vehicle, and the extent of an expedition for me is a lake trip, or extended camping trip, on paved roads for the majority of the time. Thanks.

Oregon has sand dunes that you can drive on so its a haven for buggy builders and parts. Search "VW bug at Baja 1000" for ideas as well. I love the traditional old school racks. Here is a company that sells them.
