To answer drfreema's and other's questions more efficiently:
Can you update me on the status of the following items not listed in the ad?
AC and heater working? -Yes and yes (although heater has been finicky in the past, it worked last winter- no heated seats though)
Cruise control? Yes
Cigarette lighter plugs working (for GPS and iPod tuner on the ride home)? One in the front, one in the back
Is the 3rd row seat the split seats that can have only one seat installed, if needed? Middle row is a solid seat, third row is split but not installed.

Well, I'm going to pull the truck from the market for the time being. Long story short, I'm ultimately in need of a pickup truck and was going to sell the Montero and my FJ62 to upgrade to the newer truck. It seems I may be inheriting a pickup truck soon and thus keeping to my principle of a debt free life, I'll hang on to what I have. I may, however, sell the Montero after I get the truck and fix up the Land Cruiser... but we'll see.
