That's probably because we live at FLW. Let's plan to meet up and maybe you guys can show us some epic camping spots or just grab a beer!

I need cleaner air. not a cool looking snorkel. This cleans the air down to 20 microns. I will go from fillinhg my filter with dirt in one or two days to maybe 6 months. WOoHOO!

All that being said. It is coo and looks cool

I've thinking of doing this too, I don't really see deep water too much, but dust!

Any draw backs you can tell us, now that you've had it for awhile?
Also where did you get your parts?

Same reason I did it. If I'm ever up to the top of the hood in water I have bigger problems.
It works amazingly well. While I was still working for the Forest Service I'd get anywhere from 50 to 250 dirt miles a day and normally that meant a new filter at least every week. Once I installed it I kept checking it and it never seemed to get dirty.
It got to the point where I finally changed the filter after 6 months because I was shocked and thought there was no way it could be right.

Now that I only offroad a couple weekends a month and a longer trip every couple months I can get at least a year out of a filter. I pull it out and bang it on the ground and still see no dust or dirt in it, but I just replace it for my own mental comfort.
Donaldson air pre-filter was found on Ebay for half the price of one from a tractor sales company.
The black tubing was from pepboys. It's an adjustable air intake for the honda crowd.
The rescue tape and silicone sealed it all air tight.

Just cruisin along. :)
Can't get the darn rear tires to lift off the ground. Not sure how close I was to maxing it out here.

why would you want the tires off the ground????? most people want, to keep the tires on the ground for traction...

If you really want the tires to come off the ground, just put smaller tires on

I don't want the tire to come off the ground, but with some new shocks I wanted to see where the limit was. I was being sarcastic. :ylsmoke:
