I love the idea, simple, easy to get to stuff, NO TENT NEEDED, lol
Im hoping to redo my rear bumper, adding a tirecarrier, then getting a Oasis compressor, and tank, mount them where the spare went.

VERY nice. I love all of the storage dividers. With a fridge in the back now I have transitioned to a Roof Top Tent because the lack of room!
I'm going to build a drawer system with water storage, a stove, compressed air and the fridge on the side. Should be fun! :26_7_2:

And here to the right, you can see his mattress, quote from him "the fridge sticking up is just the right height to shape the mattress into a pillow"

That's really clean! I like it! I think I should just cut the roof off my 4runner and make it into a pop top camper.
That would cost a ton and there is no way I'm trying that myself though! Someday!

yea he is cazy about perfection, you can see where the peices come together, well you pull it up, and he has every tool you can think of secured under there, very well thought out.
he removed the rear seats, since doesnt need them, I need mine, lol.

Ha, I keep my rear seats down so much its basically like I drive an enclosed pickup truck. Except when people are visiting. I still like the ability to throw some poor souls back there for some offroading. :D

I forget, what is your rear shock set-up? My 5100's are about dead and I'm contemplating a weekend of welding to put some bilstein 7100, 10 inch travel, short bodies up to an under "bed" bar.

The new timing belt is done along with the rest of the belts, the thermostat and the waterpump. Threw in some new Toyota Red coolant and its all good. The notorious tacoma/4runner squeek left with the old belts as well which is nice for my piece of mind!

Last night I installed the GIANT group 31 battery with some cable extensions from checkers. Its a very tight fit! I used the ADVENTURE TRAILERS battery tray and the LIFELINE battery that they use.
The truck started up nice and quick!
Pics to come soon!

Now about that temporary battery holder.........
:)
DOH!!!
I knew someone would notice!
I'm trying to figure out how to get the AT battery holder to fit!
The factory battery holder won't work either. Its too high and the hood won't close.

SOoo, looks like I'll be making my own out of steel... :peepwall:
