May I ask, how did you remove the lower control arm bushings?

Ask and you shall receive :) ( anytime )

The hardest part was to remove the arms as the 2 bolts that connect to the axle needed to be cut out as there was no way they would budge. After that i did what i have read some ware on the forums. I took a drill and attempt to drill out the rubber from the bushings as it was instructed to make few holes in the rubber and then pop out the remaining rubber with the inner sleeve. My rubber was so rotten and when i drilled the hole the bit just started spinning around in the sleeve and cut out all the rubber clean off and center fall out. Then to remove the larger sleeve i took a hacksaw as it was instructed and made two cuts about 1/4 maybe 1/2 apart being careful not to cut the arm part ( just take your time ) and the with the big screwdriver i knock out the cut part, that will brake the sleeve loose and they just popped out. You can see in the picture that there are few scratches on the inner part from the screwdriver but its nothing big just surface.

The bushings wore pretty easy that way like i mention the arm wore a read b....

Hope that helps :)

I'm in urgent need for new tires as the amazing weather cracked street tires that came with the truck are not doing much in any terrain and are just plain terrible, here is what was on the truck for now and yes me and my better half still went some exploring on some light trails :)

and these are the tires I'm thinking about Hercules Terra Track AT2

For my budget for now this what we can afford and I'm thinking with light trails and some careful footing on some mild off road tracks they will be fine. The vehicle will be used on a lot of driving on pavement as well to explore and driving around visit family and stuff so something like mud terrain i think would be to aggressive for now. In the future if i need a more aggressive tire i would buy some 16" Pathy wheels and put some good tires on that.

any comments are welcome guys tell me what you think and if you know anything about these tires?

Those should be good for what you need. Just some mild all-terrains.

Also check out the BFG Rugged Terrains. I've had them for over a year now, and they're another mild all-terrain option. They're great for daily driving (no road noise or hum), and they still have enough bite for some trails.

and here we have some parts i was buying for last few weeks under the good old well I'm here i might replace that as well

IMGP0030_zpsf8221dce.jpg

We have :

-1" spacers for front and back to lift the truck :wings: ( got them from 4X4desin and they wore shipped fast and service was great plus they look good quality )
-new o-rings and gasket for oil cooler as i suspect it had a leak ( Made in Japan )
-new bolts for bushings ( Made in Japan )
-new radiator hoses
-new bushings from front and rear Sway bars
-new main Crankshaft seal as it was leaking i think that is why the engine was covered in oil ( Made in Japan )
-new Napa Gold fuel filter ( it was mentioned that this is the one to get )
-new belts for Fan/alternator and A/C

I wish i could get new rad as well but for now no funds for that and the one there is looking OK, I will get new Thermostat and replace that as well and I wish i has money for EMU springs as well it would be so much easier do to it now but for now old springs must do I want to put the car on the road and start some family exploring :)

damn forgot one more thing I got new bulbs from eBay for my headlights 6000k light temperature and i think factory wore 4300k and i think they are old as for HID they are little bit dim and i think new 6000k are closer to white light and will look better and work better. I wanted to install this time around Rigid Industries Duallys in spot beam but i think its more important to bring stock stuff to spec or improve and then ad more lights

Looks good, seems like you have some good maintenance ahead of you. :) You're going to love those spacers, and if I may suggest tires, look at some General Grabber AT-2s in 245/75r16. They're snow rated here in the states, and have excellent traction so far as I can tell. Reasonably priced too. Keep up the good work!

I send a quick email to ARB Canada witch is also OUIPACK ( I guess they wore the distributor ) to see what would be the price and availability for some OME springs for my truck and I got reply back that as of Nov 1 2013 they no longer carry parts from ARB and that they cant get the springs for me anymore :yikes: . So I guess now I would have to get the stuff from good old USA. Do you guys have some recommendations ?

Rugged Rocks all the way. Steve is who I got my rear springs from, and his customer service and prices are supreme. Check it out, lots of cool stuff.
