The linked Craigslist ad contains the lines:

Check engine light comes on sometimes. The code is for two of the glow plugs. This is a common problem on Sprinters of this year. The research that I have done says that it is a problem best left alone, as if you fix the problem it is likely to just happen again, and there is not problem in functionality if you leave them alone. The van always just fires right up instantly, and runs perfect. I invite any potential buyers to have a pre-purchase inspection done anywhere they choose.

Given this check engine code, any potential buyer will want to take the seller up on the offer to have it checked out. (Upscale Automotive in Tualatin would be an good nearby option.) Some glow plug issues can be left alone, others can be associated with expensive repairs.
