Hey Jose. I'm looking at upgrading my rear suspension on my 02 tundra. The Archive Garage stuff you have looks very nice. I'm just a little worried that my trucks too heavy loaded for the overland pack. I wondering if you've weighed your truck fully loaded?
Too heavy?? What are you planning on hauling???
I've got my RTT, rack, "drawer system"' with recovery gear, full armour, fuel, water, CO2, chainsaw, camp kitchen, 2 coolers, 2 people, 85 lbs dog, maxtrax, dual battery's, etc. When I weighed it I was pushing 6966 lbs which is 2500lbs over advertised curb weight. Not sure what the rear curb weight was originally though
3000lbs front. 3000lbs rear. 50/50 with nothing in bed.
Should note weight does include rims and tires. I'm running FJ80 rims which if anyone ever pick up are super light for a 16x8 and my rubbers are 32s which I wanna say are around 40ish lbs each.

So really my number would be close to your additional 500lbs?
I'm surprised you're doing spindle gussets.
Did you figure out if you're going to be able to re-use your half shaft and just swap the outer joint to the manual one?
Any reason for not doing the gussets? I tried turning the wheel with me holding them in place and not see how they interfere with the coilovers.
Spline count is correct so it should work. I'm gonna see if Marlin Crawler can get them apart and fused back together. If not CVJ said they would build me a set
