Bumper seems to fit a lot better on the AC over the dc, looks a little crooked on the dc

might just be the angle, it fit pretty good when we installed it yesterday. We didnt have a DC to do a trail fit but the DC bumper has already under gone some changes since the AC and DC is a little different. The next DC bumpers will look the same with vary little changes.

Great pics! The hoop ties it in much better, and I like the LED light bar guard!

thank you, been hearing how people get their light bars ripped off their trucks so i wanted a little extra protection

A bunch of the links broken? I'm only seeing 3 pics.

Looks good though! Clever LED bar protection for sure.

EDIT: reloaded page and it's working!

Your Tundra is exactly how I wanted mine to look. Except, in white or gray. :)

Haha yea I was actually looking for a white tundra because I knew the shell I was getting will most likely be white used. Couldn't find one clean enough and this one came up and couldn't pass it

You're killing me man. I really cant wait to start on my bumper builds. Great job.

Haha. I love driving my truck around now. It really is one of a kind now.

Did you have to do anything special to the frame horns? On my 06 DC they seem pretty shaky and ARB also claims Toyota made some change between 05 -06. I got the ARB on but been leary of mounting a winch.
I do have the full set of Skid Row skid plates which I would assume? that the front one would fit up to this bumper. Sliders were done by Stubbs.

Truck looks great. Lots of great ideas for my own 2001 AC. Thanks for sharing.

nothing special done to frame horn, in the picture below you can see there are side plates to help with any winching needs. im not sure if there was any frame changes in 05-06, if there was, it didnt change any mounting differences.
the bumper is made to fit the factory skid plate so any aftermarket skid plate will work if bolted up like factory one.

actually working on a set of skid plates as well. got an idea to help with changing the oil filter easier without removing any skids and no lost of protection as well. its in the design stages right now. shouldnt be long
