Thank you. It was nice to finally have working switches lol

I was gonna do KOH but not sure how I would like the crowds.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of that crowd at all, but we know a driver so that's why we are going. First time for me, but should be a little fun

at least you will be there with a people you know. plus an area for just you guys.

all my LED lights have their own switch but the fog lights. i decided to wire up the amber led to my fog light wiring. this will let me use the factory fog light switch so there is no confusing which lights im turning on. plus it saves me some time on wiring. We all know fog lights only work if the low beam are on. I wanted my fogs to be on without the headlights if needed. study the EWD and wired it up so that it can be turn on with just the parking lights. reason i did this was so i can still keep the auto off headlights. which will turn off any lights on when i turn the truck off and open the door. i can still turn the fog on with key off, just need to turn on parking lights.

cut the red with yellow strip wire at switch (taped off the harness side)

solder it to the red with yellow stripe at switch

Order up some A/F sensors. Replaced both front sensors. Took about 15mins. Was pretty easy. Didn't get a chance to drive as the sun started to poke out and I decided its now or never to get the sliders painted.

Also finished wiring up the Rock Lights. Since I wont be doing much of that in the Tundra. They are more Camp Lights, helps with seeing around the truck when at camp
Not the best night pictures but it was cold and all I had was my Iphone
5 LED Lights per side. I still have a ton more lights and unsure if I want to run more down the middle

Very cool! I love LEDs. What rock lights did you go with?

Thanks. I ordered two sets of theses a while back. I still have atleast 20 more left over since the both times i order. It had 5 free and I went with 5 free red ones. 10 went to my runner and 10 on the tundra. I think I'm gonna use more in the tundra for under hood. Already used 3 in the topper for interior lighting.
Guess the ones I have are V1 since the ones he has listed are V2 and suppose to be brighter for same price.

Oh yes I have, and had those on my tundra till the glue failed then making it's way to my rear tire where I ran them over and all ripped off on the Mojave rd lol! I'm thinking the same thing for under the hood on a pressure switch.

Here are the rock lights I'm running now on my truck. I like them because you have to drill a hole and they bolt down to your truck. Very solid and bright.

hmm the ones on my runner have been on there for years now. I even pressure wash the underside of my rigs after each trip and havent seen them move once. I also ran the wires just long enough so if the tape did fail, it wouldnt go far from where it was mounted. another thing I did was, I made angle mounts for mine. I have to get a picture of it.

I seen those on Amazon but havent heard much or see anyone run them. I didnt want to drill holes into the body or frame and even if i did, i dont like them angle straight down

I have the same square lights installed under my truck. I used the adhesive and used a self tapping screw to mount them through the middle. It was also a perfect connection to be used as a ground.

I used some Rolled Flashing I folded and taped to frame with 3M Dual Lock. Than I just use the tape that came on the Lights to the Flashing.

I got tired of the White topper. I didnt mind the white because it will keep the temperature down during the summer time but once I got the armor, I had too many different colors

Maybe we should have traded toppers. I just picked this one up.

How did you go about painting it? Looking at options for mine.

Ahh i love that color lol I didnt want the side windows. If you look closely at mine, the topper wasnt made for the tundra. It barely sits on the bed rails. I had to extend my rails to make it work.

I took my top off to wash it. let dry in the sun and went to town with some spray can primer and paint. it was a little hard to get the paint on evenly. i may need to redo it. I need a gun to get a constant even spray. the can couldnt keep up on the large areas. it looks kinda even but not glossy like i want it. I had to spray it in a way so that it wasnt glossy so it looked more even.

Might look at doing a roller type paint.

So I'm looking at redoing the rear suspension. Which is currently stock with a lifting block. I found some icon 1.5 AAL. Haven't heard anyone run theses on the tundra? http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/ICON-15-inch-Progressive-AAL_p_970.html

Icons cost a little more than the wheelers AAL.

Looks like both comes complete with pins and u bolts. Now which one to go with?? Unsure if I can run the overload with the icons? Not sure if u bolts are long enough ??

Any input of the two be great.

I've heard from a very good source that all of the 3-Leaf progressive AAL's for the Tundra are made by the same manufacturer. Even if the Icon center pin isn't long enough you could just get longer pins and throw the overload in.

I run the toytech 3 leaf AAL and I kept the overload leaf in and everything works fine. I got about 2-2.5 inches of lift, and the truck rides a ton better.
