Then if that is the case, I should have 8 valve stems and not 7 and you would think 4 of one kind and 4 of another if in fact the inner and outer stems are different.

I did not realize you were showing exactly what valve stems you received; I thought that was a sample... Stupid brain, DOH!
As I see it, you should have 4 x short metal and 4 x long metal valve stems.
I'd be contacting the supplier, as I am pretty sure the 3 x black rubber ones are not suited to those super singles.

Do you also put a 90-degree stem on the front ones?

I have not mounted the tires, but yes, each rim gets two valve stems. I presume the 90-degree ones are so you can rotate the tires and mount the rim in either direction. The 90-degree valve stems eliminate any clearance issues on the front with the brake drum.

This video is a good representation of how the rims are oriented when mounted on the front and then flipped to mount on the rear, though in this video a normal straight valve stem is used even on the rear, which I believe means you couldn't swap this tire onto the front.

If anyone is running these with all 8 valve stems being the normal straight ones and there are not clearance issues, please chime in.

The rims on my vehicle do not need to be turned around when moving them front to rear, but I have 2 valves per rim just the same.
One for putting air in and out and the second to mount the TPMS where it is protected and does not need to be removed.

I don't see how that is possible on a Fuso, because as you have stated, there is only minimal clearance between the rim and the brake drum on the front wheels.
I have 19.5" rims on my truck, and even with those, a right angle valve stem is necessary on the deep dish side of the rim.
On the rear it is not an issue.

To correct a previous statement of mine:
4 x short, straight valve stems and 4 x angled valve stems is the normal configuration on the super singles for Fuso and Isuzu trucks.

I have basically the same rim, I think. Although they are attached to our Isuzu NPS, I believe they are same as Fuso units, but I cannot be sure. We are running 17" rims with 37" x 13.5" tyres.

All of our valve stems are straight, but quite short, included is a picture of the rear inner where one can see the valve stem at the top.

Even though we now have a Central Tyre Inflation System, hence the hose coupling, these are all the original valve core stems from All Terrain Warriors for our 2019 order and 2020 delivery.

On the super singles I had built for my Fuso (16") I had value holes on both sides of the wheel and just ran flush valve cores in all positions.
No clearance worries on the inside position and nothing to get ripped off on the outside or inside position.

As much as the PCD of the studs are the same on the Fuso and Isuzu, the rim offsets are slightly different.

I cannot remember if the valve stems on my original steel singles rims were straight or not; maybe they were and I just can't recall.
I now have alloy rims, and they definitely require a bent valve stem on the deep dish side.
I guess that it all comes down to the location of the valve stem holes.

Hi Mick, I have a question. I'm considering building my own self-inflating tire system. Do you have any pictures of the rear tire mount? And another question: what size are the yellow arrows that indicate the wheel bolt needs tightening?
