In this picture it looks like the bearing is visible behind the yoke, is that an optical illusion? Is there a seal or something missing in this picture or is there a guard that covers this when it is fully installed?

Just curious, love your creativity and application to build the truck you want.

You are correct the seal is was not installed there I was waiting for them to arrive from Ford. ;) Good eye!
 
Went for a tow test today...A little sluggish, but it moves. Bobcat is about 11,000lbs, trailer about 4000.

Went for a mild trail day with Cyrus888 to try this thing out...worked great!

Ford did awesome, super stoked on the tires and the transmission, they both work really well offroad. I think I'd like to upgrade to the King Pintop shocks too, needs a bit more damping.

Looks awesome guys! Both trucks look really good... Ya'll are pretty much spot on where I want to end up.

I can't remember, but do you have lockers?
